Pokémon GO Mega Evolution Raid Attackers — Top Mega by Type (as of October 2026)
In Raid battles, Mega Evolution Pokémon grant an attack boost to all teammates using moves that match the Mega's type. Because the best Mega to bring depends on the type of Raid you are running, knowing which Mega ranks first for each type makes it easier to prioritize your Mega Energy investment. The table below summarizes the top Mega attacker per type, based on GBL Note attacker table data as of October 31, 2026.
Top Mega Evolution Raid Attacker by Type
In the table, a Charged Attack marked '(Legacy)' cannot currently be learned through normal methods; you must use an Elite TM, which you can look up in the Raid Attacker Rankings. Because whether or not a Pokémon has its legacy move has a significant effect on DPS, please check that Pokémon's ranking before using an Elite TM.

How to Read the Mega Evolution Investment Priority
Mega Mewtwo Y ranks first across four types: Normal, Ice, Psychic, and Ghost. Psychic (ER 119.8) and Fighting (Mega Mewtwo X, ER 108.3) have the highest overall values, making them highly efficient investments for trainers who frequently run those Raid types. Pokémon that require a legacy move can still participate using other moves, but there will be a DPS loss — check the actual rankings for each type in the Raid Attacker Rankings.
Mega Rayquaza (Flying, ER 86.7), Mega Dragonite (Dragon, ER 89.3), and Mega Delphox (Fire, ER 95.5) also show dominant performance in their respective types. Match the current Raid boss's weaknesses to decide which Mega to prioritize, and consult the full attacker table alongside this reference.
All values are GBL Note's own calculations as of October 31, 2026. If move stats or Pokémon specs change due to a game update, rankings may shift.
